Hi, I'm Nadia.

I'm not another armchair therapist just reciting what I’ve learned from a book. My business has been born from lived experience and a sh*t load of my own healing, growth and development.

I am a Mental Fitness and Performance Coach with an undergraduate degree in Psychology, followed by 6 years in Human Resources, watching how these patterns unfolded for people in the corporate world. I am also a certified performance neuroscience coach and a qualified Oxygen Advantage Breathwork facilitator.

I spent years watching people manage the symptoms, the moods, the habits, the reactions without ever addressing the system underneath. I experienced it myself. I watched it with the people I worked with and the people I love. 

Every tool in this program has been applied and refined through hundreds of hours of 1:1 coaching and lived experience. These are the steps my clients go through first because, without this foundation, everything else is harder.

It makes decisions faster than conscious thought about your environment and how you should think, feel, and behave in each moment. And whatever it decides shapes everything: your focus, your reactions, your energy, your behaviour.
