Why I created State Shifter… I was chatting with a tradie who owns his own business. He shared how he struggles to concentrate and often zones out or loses his temper during stressful situations at work. When he gets home, he finds it hard to relax and connect with his partner.

I felt his pain and instantly thought of so many people I know who’ve experienced the same thing. The hijacking of joy by unruly emotions. I remember how much it sucked being in that same place and how quickly a great day can be flipped upside down because of a bad mood, a silly mistake, or an unpleasant interaction that leaves you acting like your worst self!
