Success shouldn't come at the cost of actually enjoying it.

Hey, I’m Nadia

I'm a mental fitness and performance coach. I help ambitious people understand what's actually getting in the way of them performing well and living well, then give them practical tools to change it.

My approach brings together psychology, performance neuroscience, nervous system regulation and functional health, shaped by years of study, coaching and plenty of lived experience of my own.

And all of it has taught me the same thing: you can't understand one part of a person's life without looking at the rest of it.

The modern world is obsessed with separating, specialising and niching down. We treat work as a work problem, relationships as a relationship problem, stress as a nervous system problem and performance as a mindset problem.

But you don't live your life in separate boxes.

Your work affects your relationships. Your relationships affect how you feel. Your sleep affects how you think. Your environment shapes your behaviour. And experiences from years ago can still influence how you respond to what's happening today.

So rather than looking at one symptom, one goal or one part of your life in isolation, I look at the whole ecosystem you exist within: what's happening inside you, what's happening around you, and how the different parts of your life are affecting each other.

Then we work out where you are, where you want to go, what's getting in the way, and what needs to change to get you there.

You're good at carrying a lot. Maybe too good.

You get things done, solve problems, and you're excellent at pushing through. You're the person people rely on.

And for a long time, that's probably worked pretty well for you. But at a certain point, being capable can turn into carrying everything, and eventually that starts to feel heavy.

There's always something following you around in your head. Your brain keeps going when you want it to switch off. You know you need to slow down, but slowing down feels uncomfortable, so every moment gets filled with something.

Maybe you're less present than you used to be, getting frustrated more easily, or your energy isn't what it was. You're with the people you love, but part of your brain is somewhere else thinking about what needs to be done next.

It can feel like you've got so many plates spinning that you're constantly running to keep one up, only to turn around and realise another two have fallen.

Then there's that sneaky pattern you might have noticed. You work towards something for months or years, finally get there, enjoy it for about five minutes and then you're onto the next thing.

You can end up looking around at a life an old version of you fantasised about and thinking, why doesn't this feel the way I thought it would?

The cost looks different for everyone, but it's the Success Tax so many capable people end up paying without realising it's avoidable.

WHAT IF SUCCESS COULD FEEL AS GOOD AS IT LOOKS?

If you know something could be better, you don't need to wait until things fall apart to do something about it.
