1:1 mental fitness and performance coaching for ambitious women.
You’re good at showing up for everyone. How good are you at showing up for yourself?
You’re capable. You care deeply. You want to do well at work, be a good partner, friend, daughter or mum, look after your health, and keep the people around you happy. So you get very good at considering everyone and everything.
After a while, it gets hard to hear what you actually think. You second-guess decisions you already know the answer to. You say yes when part of you wants to say no. You avoid conversations because you don’t want to create tension. Then you wonder why you’re exhausted, frustrated or not feeling like yourself.
Repeat that for long enough and it starts shaping your life: relationships that don’t quite meet your needs, holding yourself back at work, a life built around what everyone else needs.
You can understand your patterns perfectly and still repeat them. Confidence comes after you back yourself, not before. Self-trust is built through repetition: you follow through on your own wants, needs and boundaries. You sit with not knowing for a bit. You notice what’s happening inside you early enough to have a choice.
Your life doesn’t need to be falling apart for you to decide you want to feel better in it.
I’m a mental fitness and performance coach. I help ambitious women understand what’s getting in the way of backing themselves and reciving the support they so freely give to others, then give them practical tools to change it.
I grew up in a culture were to be good you put others first, I learned early my best trait was how much I was wiling to do for others and how good I was at being considerate and giving. I edited who I was to be loved by men, friends and family. And at a certain point after enough heart break, betrayal and burnout I finally learned how to be myself, back myself and guess what? The cliches are true it was only then I made peace with my family, that I met a man who treats me better and is more loyal that I could have imagined and have friends who i deeply trust.
I’ll be honest I’m not the coach for most women. I won’t make you feel better, I’ll make you better. If you are really done with the crap, can handle honesty delivered with care and you want to change and really enjoy this life you have built I am for you.
Hey, I’m Nadia
I’ve built my approach from a psychology degree, certification as a performance neuroscience (flow) coach with The Flow Institute, training as an Oxygen Advantage breath work facilitator, and mentoring in functional health. I’ve also done this work on myself and clients for years.
Clients say I’m direct, honest and non-judgemental. They feel safe enough to tell me the truth, and we always have a laugh between the hard stuff.
You don't live your life in separate boxes. So I don't coach you that way.
Some women come to me for confidence at work. Others come because of their health, a relationship, or something from the past they’re ready to deal with. Wherever you start, it’s almost always connected to everything else.
You’ll get both the why and the how. I’ll help you understand why you do what you do, and you’ll leave every session with something concrete to practise. Understanding a pattern doesn’t change it. Practice does.
Work stress follows you home. A tense relationship affects your confidence at work. Poor sleep amplifies the overthinking. So I look at the whole picture:
The overthinking, the self-doubt, the decisions you keep going around in circles on.
Your head.
Your body.
Your energy, sleep, stress and health, and what your body is trying to tell you.
Boundaries, communication, people pleasing, and what's yours to carry and what isn't.
Your relationships.
Your work.
Confidence, visibility, leadership and backing your own ideas.
The patterns and beliefs driving it all, including the ones that kept you safe once and are now holding you back.
What’s underneath.
What working together 1:1 looks like
My goal is for these changes to become so easy that its hard for you to remember what it use to be like before. (In a good way)
-
We get an honest picture of what's happening across your work, health, relationships and head: what's working, what isn't and what it's costing you.
-
We get clear on what you actually want, not what you think you should want or what everyone else expects.
-
We look underneath the surface at the patterns, beliefs, stress and habits that keep pulling you back.
-
We build practical changes into your real life and practise them until backing yourself feels normal.
The format
Six-month minimum
Real change takes longer than a few sessions, and six months is long enough to make changes that last. (In some cases where there is a specific call that can be handled in less time custom packages can be tailored we would define this on the call)
Fortnightly 1:1 sessions

Weekly WhatsApp check-ins
To keep you accountable between sessions and to help with what's actually happening in your week.
This is for you if…
You're capable and doing well in a lot of ways, but you don't always trust yourself.
On the outside your life looks good but you aren’t as happy as you’d like to be.
You've already done some work on yourself and you want something more practical.
You're ready to back yourself at work, in your relationships or with your health.
You want someone who'll be honest with you and also have your back.
You're ready to practise things between sessions, not just talk about them.
Don’t take our word for it.
Working with Nadia changed me from someone who was on a sure fire path to burnout to taking over Australia and making my business work for me, feeling empowered and actually feeling fulfilled…she helped me realise my worth and changed my outlook on how I can offer people more without burning myself out.

"Previously, when work became overwhelming, I'd get really emotional and feel like everything was too much. Now my thinking is much more, «What can I realistically do? What needs to be prioritised? What can wait?"

What would change if you trusted yourself a little more?
You don't need everything to fall apart before you decide you want more for yourself. If you know something could be better, that's reason enough to have a conversation.
